Carousel’s Icery was born on the beaches of New Jersey, etched in the history of The Boardwalk. Like the very first attraction built on the boardwalk – a carousel. Simple. Enchanting. An experience of color, happiness, and togetherness.
This place is where they come from too. Their family recipe, blended and served from a countertop along The Boardwalk, more than 20 years ago. Today, that’s still their recipe.
